Ramin Rezaie has spent over fifteen years building a career across every side of the music industry, from DJing and producing to running record label operations. As Record Label Manager at Solid Grooves LTD, he has spent nearly a decade preparing, planning, and promoting releases for Solid Grooves Records and Solid Grooves Raw, giving him a close view of how underground electronic music actually reaches an audience.

That experience across A&R, artist relations, and digital marketing led him to found R-TRYBE, where he brings the same attention to detail and network of artists and industry contacts to help others navigate the music business. His background as both a working DJ/producer and a label manager gives him a practical, firsthand perspective on what it takes to build a career in music today.
