I’m Dr. Renea Skelton - a certified life and communication coach, Air Force veteran, and founder of RealWomen Connect™. I created this space after years of hearing women say the same thing in different ways:
“I’m fine… but I don’t really have a place to talk things through.”
This isn’t a space to fix yourself or become someone new. It’s a place to think out loud, learn from other women, and feel supported in a grounded, respectful way.
