I’m Dr. Regina Druz, a board-certified cardiologist with over two decades of clinical experience. After training at Cornell and Duke, I recognized the limitations of conventional care and founded the Holistic Heart Centers to integrate evidence-based complementary therapies with cardiology. My mission is to optimize well-being through personalized, holistic care.

This passion inspired the creation of the Fit in Your GENES® program, which uses precision medicine to promote heart health, vitality, and prevention. I combine clinical expertise with science-backed strategies to support both patients and professionals in achieving lasting outcomes.

I’m also active in digital health innovation and education. Through the Own Your Heart Health podcast and Holistic Heart University, I deliver actionable insights to help prevent and reverse heart disease. My goal is to build a community that transforms heart health with knowledge, support, and integrative care.
