I’m Linda Galindo, leadership coach and founder of The Accountability Inner Circle, a live community for professionals committed to owning their impact through truth, clarity, and consistent action. My journey began in journalism, where I saw how lack of accountability undermines trust, performance, and vision. That led me to build coaching and leadership programs that help people, teams, and organizations develop cultures where accountability isn’t an option, it’s the standard.

The Inner Circle includes weekly live “Power Hours,” coaching sessions with real issues, case studies, leadership hot seats, plus tools and replays to support practice. The environment is direct and no-fluff, built to help you stop making excuses and start getting results.
