I’m Ricky Kesler, internet entrepreneur and co-founder of Income School. I left a traditional career path after realizing I wanted something more meaningful—and in 2015 I joined Jim Harmer to build a platform teaching people how to create online businesses. Over time we grew Income School into a six-figure educational program guiding creators in blogging, YouTube, and SEO. My commitment is to provide real, applicable strategies that empower everyday people to build sustainable income online.

I have a background in engineering and an MBA, which influence my analytical approach to content, systems, and growth. Today, I lead the team that develops curriculum, tools, and community resources for Income School’s students. We migrated our community to Circle to improve member experience and reduce tech complexity, enabling us to focus more on content and support. I speak and write about creating businesses that last in evolving digital landscapes.
