Ryan Lazanis, CPA, is the founder of Future Firm Accelerate and a seasoned entrepreneur in the accounting space. He began his professional journey by building Xen Accounting in 2013, one of the first fully cloud-based accounting firms in North America, focused on automation and innovation. After successfully scaling and selling Xen Accounting in 2018, Ryan turned his attention to helping other firm owners avoid the mistakes he made early in his career.

He created Future Firm and later Future Firm Accelerate as a coaching and community platform that offers structured systems, frameworks, and support to help modern accounting firm owners build scalable, profitable businesses that deliver freedom and flexibility. Beyond business, Ryan is known for educating thousands of firm leaders globally through newsletters, coaching, and community engagement.
