Over the past decade, I’ve mentored aspiring and early-career trainers through my work as Training Development Director at SHAPE Training and as an educator in the fitness industry. I’ve seen how many talented coaches struggle not because they lack passion, but because they were never taught the real-world skills needed to succeed.
