I’m Sam Neider — a former 2x Ohio state champion and 2x NCAA Division I All-American wrestler, engineer, entrepreneur, and leadership coach with over 25 years of experience helping men grow personally and professionally. My path has taken me from the wrestling mat to building successful businesses, guiding others through intentional growth, and most importantly, facilitating alignment between our values and our lives.

The lessons we learned in the wrestling room — discipline, resilience, accountability, perseverance — are invaluable in life beyond the sport. That belief has guided my work as a coach and creator of communities where men aren’t just supported, they’re connected with men who get it. Bringing growth-minded men together to challenge each other, help each other get better, hold each other accountable, and celebrate their successes is why I do what I do.
