I'm Scot, a multi-time founder, investor, and industrial engineer. I built Classy from a pub crawl fundraiser into a SaaS platform used by over 10,000 nonprofits, scaled it to $100M in revenue and 250 people, and eventually sold it to GoFundMe in 2022 to create the largest giving platform in the world.

That journey taught me more about what it actually takes to be a CEO than anything I could have read in a book, and it's the foundation for everything I teach inside Highland Society. Highland is a small, intentional community of founders and CEOs who are moving from "founder mode" and now trying to operate at a genuinely elite level.
