My journey started humbly, evolving from a marketing graduate with little technical skill to leading analytics teams at scale, learning hard lessons, and refining what truly creates business impact with data.

Along the way I realized many data teams get stuck as “dashboard factories” — delivering reports, but not real business value. That frustration became my mission: to help data professionals escape that trap, align analytics with business strategy, and become trusted strategic partners. I founded Data Action Mentor to share the frameworks, mindset, and leadership approach I developed while building data teams in 40+ companies globally.
