I acquired Flash Fiction Magazine and have grown it into a publication that publishes a story every day, runs quarterly contests, and has become a trusted name in the flash fiction world.

My work is all about making the path to publication less mysterious. Rejection is part of the process, and I've always believed the best way to handle it is to build a community where writers can support each other, share the process, and keep submitting. The Authors Only Collective came out of that same belief—a space where writers serious about getting published can find the feedback, resources, and people they need to get there.
