Shelle Creates is a mindful art brand built around one idea: creating for the feeling of it, not for perfection, approval, or likes. Shelle draws on her own experience as a self-described anxious perfectionist to help others get past the fear of starting.

Across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and through The Creative Pause newsletter, Shelle shares gentle prompts, creative challenges, and simple art practices with a community of more than 160,000 people looking to make art without waiting to feel ready.
