Steph Wharton is a Latina and queer leadership coach, public speaker, and visibility strategist who helps creatives and entrepreneurs step into their power as thought leaders. After years of working in marketing and branding, Steph recognized a major gap in the visibility space — too few platforms existed for underrepresented people to be seen, celebrated, and heard. Drawing from her lived experience as a queer Latina in business, she began coaching others to embrace their individuality and lead with authenticity and confidence in every professional space.

She founded the Speaker Movement to give creators, entrepreneurs, and leaders from diverse backgrounds the tools and community they need to speak on global stages and grow their visibility with impact. Through workshops, networking, and mentorship, Steph helps her members share their message, overcome fear of visibility, and create a personal brand rooted in purpose.
