Stephanie Shirley is the co-founder of the Youth Sports Accelerator community alongside her husband, Scott Shirley, a longtime youth baseball coach and former Division I multi-sport athlete with extensive experience developing players and guiding families through the realities of competitive youth sports. Together, they are building a first-of-its-kind support ecosystem for youth baseball families navigating player development, recruiting, team decisions, branding, social media, NIL opportunities, family balance, and the growing pressure surrounding modern youth sports.

Scott brings deep on-field coaching knowledge, player development expertise, and firsthand experience navigating elite youth baseball, while Stephanie brings a professional background in communications, storytelling, branding, and digital strategy.
