Stephanie Ward is the Community Manager at Scopism, where she leads global outreach and development for one of the most active SIAM practitioner communities in the world. With a background spanning telecommunications, science, and manufacturing — and experience across international markets, from early-stage ventures to large established organizations — she brings a grounded, real-world perspective to everything she does.

Under her stewardship, the Scopism SIAM community has grown to more than 5,000 members across 122 countries, with over 323 events run across working groups, webinars, research panels, and socials. Stephanie studied at Newcastle University and is committed to building a space where both experienced practitioners and those new to SIAM can learn, connect, and contribute to shaping how the discipline evolves.
