A product person at heart, I have a background in both consumer software and hardware. Technically and commercially astute, I often bridge the gap between tech and business—but my first love is building products.

I bring over a decade of experience across finance, media, and health tech. Along the way, I pioneered Europe’s first physical activity incubator, supporting startups now valued at over $100M and helping millions worldwide improve their health and wellbeing.

Outside of work, I’m a lifelong outdoor enthusiast and occasional ultra-bike adventurer. I’ve coached athletes and adventurers of all levels, and in a previous life, I competed as part of the Great Britain Triathlon Team.
