I’m Steve Harper, Chief Rippler at Ripple Central, where I’ve spent over a decade crafting immersive community experiences and coaching leaders in connection practice. After pioneering the Ripple Census crowdsourcing tool and leading large-scale in-person gatherings, I saw the need for a truly community-first online space. This led me to create The Pond at Ripple Central, an inclusive hub where meaningful connections and mutual support come before all else.

Through The Pond at Ripple Central, I blend evidence-based coaching methods with real-time peer collaboration to help members cultivate a “give as much as you gain” mindset. Every week, I host live 8 Minute Ripple® sessions, lead topic-specific Ripples like Career Ripple and WOW Ripple, and facilitate accountability pods to deepen our collective connection practice. My passion is empowering individuals to unlock their Ripple Effect turning fleeting interactions into lasting, positive impact.
