I'm Susan Cline Lucey, founder of GROW Prenatal & Family Center and a perinatal wellness educator with more than 20 years of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Before opening GROW, I co-founded and directed Evolution Physical Therapy and Yoga, and over the course of my career I've had the honor of supporting 225+ families in birth as a labor doula and teaching hundreds of couples through yoga and childbirth education.

I hold a Level 3 advanced certification in pregnancy and postpartum yoga, and I've been trained in the Body Ready Method and Spinning Babies body balancing. I've been a presenter at the UVM Women's Health Conference and co-authored the children's yoga book 'Star Pose.' Everything I do comes back to the same belief: families deserve expert support, real community, and a space where they can show up exactly as they are.
