Suzanne Smith is a trusted authority in the private rented sector in England. She is the founder of The Independent Landlord, which helps tens of thousands of landlords, letting agents and local government personnel every week through the free website, YouTube channel, influential weekly newsletter, and her membership, The Independent Landlord Hub.

Before becoming a landlord in 2019, Suzanne worked as a solicitor in the life sciences industry for 25 years, 12 of which were at board level.
