After more than 23 years working in the trucking and transportation industry—including running the Canadian division—I made the shift into coaching and consulting to help others do what I'd learned the hard way: lead well. I co-founded Twin Life Coaching & Business Services in 2017 alongside my twin sister, and launched Amplifying Leadership in 2023 to focus entirely on leadership development for people who guide others in their work.

My approach draws on real-world experience leading teams and navigating workplace dynamics, combined with practical tools including goal-setting frameworks, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy techniques, advanced coaching, and leadership training skills.
