I’ve spent my life chasing impact — from working as a firefighter and real-estate entrepreneur to building a global social-enterprise that helped fund schools, water projects, and anti–sex-trafficking work across 80+ countries. I’m deeply passionate about using storytelling and purpose to catalyze real change, which led me to found Leadr as a platform to empower voices that deserve to be heard.

Over time, I saw how often powerful ideas never gained traction — not because they lacked value, but because their owners lacked a stage or a framework to communicate them. That’s when I made it my mission to help people clarify their message, build their voice, and step onto global stages with confidence. Today, I coach aspiring speakers, entrepreneurs, and changemakers to do exactly that.
