After 35 years in education, I kept hearing the same thing: 'I'm just a teacher.' These are brilliant, experienced people with so much to give, and they're ready to walk out the door. Not because they stopped caring, but because nobody's doing anything for them. I couldn't stand watching it anymore.

So I became a Certified Professional Coach and founded DYOD. My mission is to make 'just a teacher' the most powerful phrase in the world. I work specifically with mid-career educators who are suffering in silence, helping them stop waiting for the system to change and start working with what's actually in their control.
