The Agorion Collective is a trading education community for women who are new to day trading. It starts at ground level: how charts work, which tools matter, what the terms mean, and how to manage risk before real money is on the line.

Founder and lead educator Rachel Pennington brings about 20 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and running her own businesses. She taught herself to trade, then built the Collective to give other women a clear, structured path into the markets.

Members learn at their own pace, practice in paper-trading accounts, and get live coaching from Rachel along the way. Her teaching centers on skill, process, and risk management. The Collective does not sell trade signals or promise profits.
