Thomas Auke is the founder of Ledererfaring.net, a Norwegian community for leaders who want to learn from the real-world experience of other leaders.

Ledererfaring.net is built on a simple idea: leaders learn a great deal from other leaders who have faced similar situations. The community provides a space for practical conversations, shared experiences and peer-to-peer learning around the challenges leaders encounter in their everyday roles. All conversations and community activities are in Norwegian.
