I’m Tim Arrigo, founder of Beyond Driven, a personal transformation and coaching community dedicated to men. After overcoming addiction and rebuilding my own life and relationships, I’ve spent the past decade guiding others toward sobriety, self-awareness, and renewed purpose. My mission emerged from my journey through recovery and the lessons learned along the way. I believe men can access deeper connection, courage, and clarity through honest support and deliberate growth. Beyond Driven is the community I created to offer that transformative brotherhood.

I combine experiential insight with practical coaching to support men through what matters most: relationships, resilience, and authenticity. My approach focuses on real-world tools not theory and on creating spaces where vulnerability meets strength.
