Tim Cusick has coached cyclists for more than fifteen years, working with Olympians and world champions including Amber Neben and Rebecca Rusch, and guiding riders to three world championships, eighteen national titles, and two world records. He also serves as product leader for TrainingPeaks WKO, the analytics platform many endurance coaches rely on to train with power data.

That combination of coaching experience and data expertise led him to found BaseCamp, a coaching platform built around treating each athlete as a whole person rather than just a set of numbers. Alongside co-founder Namrita Brooke and a team of specialist coaches, he built BaseCamp to give cyclists structured, data-informed training paired with real coaching relationships.
