I’m Tina Davies, artist, educator, and founder of The Collective, a platform dedicated to advancing permanent makeup (PMU) education worldwide. Over many years I’ve built pigment lines, training methods, and educational systems to empower PMU artists at every level. My vision is a space where technique, insight, and artistic growth are shared generously and iteratively. With The Collective, I aim to remove barriers and create a living, evolving community of expert artists and learners.

Through The Collective and related programs, I assemble world-class instructors, live events, mentorship, and curated content across nano brows, lip blushing, color theory, business strategy, and more. The Collective+ membership includes perks, discounts, and ongoing support for members. I guide curriculum, community experience, and artistic direction—always rooted in real practice, not just theory. My mission is to help each artist become more confident, visible, and skilled.
