Harry Ola'Tomi Davies, known as Tomi Davies, is a Nigerian-British investor, speaker, and entrepreneur with over four decades of professional experience. After graduating from the University of Miami in 1982, he spent his early career leading digital transformation initiatives for multinational corporations including Elf Aquitaine, Marks & Spencer, Ernst & Young, and Sapient, working across Europe, the United States, and Southeast Asia.

Since 2000, Tomi has focused on innovation-driven projects across Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, and South Africa. He is widely credited with helping shape Africa's early-stage investment landscape through investor education and founder mentorship, recognised as one of the "100 Most Influential Africans of 2021" by New African Magazine. He co-founded the Lagos Angel Network, is President Emeritus of the African Business Angel Network, and created the POEM Framework® that DGC founders build on.
