About

Tony Lowe is an elite lacrosse educator and former standout attacker who led all NCAA Division I players in goals during his senior year at Lehigh University. A 1997 New York State Champion at Ward Melville High School, he translated his high-performance playing career into a globally recognized coaching platform. His work focuses on the "Tony Lowe Method," a developmental system that prioritizes fundamental mechanics and lacrosse IQ over raw athleticism. Having mentored dozens of Division I athletes—including Tewaaraton Watch List honorees—Tony is recognized for his ability to break down the "how and why" of every dodge, shot, and defensive stance. He remains a prominent voice in the lacrosse community, dedicated to helping youth players build a base of confidence and consistency.
