Tracy Britt Cool is the Co-Founder of Kanbrick, a long-term investment partnership that builds and grows great companies for the long-term. Her passion for investing and operating, paired with firsthand experience leading companies, inspired her to build a firm that prioritizes durability, integrity, and long-term value creation for families and founders who want an alternative to traditional private equity.

Tracy spent 10 years at Berkshire Hathaway, first as Financial Assistant to the Chairman, and later as CEO of Pampered Chef, where she led a successful turnaround after a decade-long decline. She also served on the boards of several Berkshire Hathaway companies, including Kraft Heinz, and as board chair of Benjamin Moore, Johns Manville, Oriental Trading Company, and Larson-Juhl.

Growing up on her family’s farm in Manhattan, Kansas taught Tracy that great businesses are built brick by brick through discipline, hard work, and trust.
