Tristan Pawlak is an IRONMAN athlete and the founder of 3ATHLETE FRANCE, a triathlon community he established in 2020 to bring structure, camaraderie, and competitive support to French-speaking triathletes.

His own journey through triathlon training, from 70.3 to full IRONMAN distances, shaped a deep understanding of what athletes need beyond training plans: a community built around shared values and mutual accountability. Tristan founded 3ATHLETE on three core principles of Progression, Humility, and Mutual Support that continue to guide the community's culture and approach to athlete development.

He built the organization in affiliation with the French Triathlon Federation's Île-de-France league, establishing formal roots in France's competitive triathlon ecosystem. His goal was to create a space where triathletes at every level could train with intention, prepare for real events, and grow alongside one another.
