Vetrepreneurs Circle is a UK business growth community built by and for veterans, service leavers and military families. It was founded by Shaun West, a former Paratrooper who built and scaled a security business, and Mick Betteridge MBE QGM, a former Royal Marine who has spent years supporting veteran enterprise.

The founders created it because many veterans start businesses with plenty of discipline but little structure or peer backing. The Circle focuses on implementation and accountability, giving business owners practical tools and veteran-led support to grow beyond survival mode.
