I'm Wendy Richardson, co-founder and community manager of Hacking Hoops. My journey through the world of basketball has been deeply personal — as a former player, coach, and the parent of a professional athlete. I’ve seen the recruiting process from every angle and know how overwhelming it can be for families trying to help their kids reach the next level.

Hacking Hoops was born from my passion to make that journey easier. I created a space where players, parents, and coaches can access real guidance, practical tools, and community support from people who’ve walked the same path.
