Ximena is the founder of Rooted Impact, a 13-week philosophical and ecological initiation program designed for thinkers, feelers, mystics, and changemakers longing to re-root their impact in coherence and conscious living. She holds a BPhil and has spent over a decade working in regenerative design, consulting, and facilitation. Her work blends philosophy, ecology, and mysticism to offer frameworks for living and leading with depth, sensitivity, and purpose. She has led workshops and classes for over a thousand individuals.
