Above the Cloud Connections is a parent coaching practice founded by Tamara Young, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Certified Parent Coach through the JAI Institute for Parenting. It grew out of her concern about the gap between the relationship she wanted with her sons and the one she was building.

The practice centers on three themes: peace, joy, and connection. It supports BIPOC parents in building relationships based on mutual trust, respect, safety, and understanding, and runs the Virtual Parent Support Circle as a free place for parents to find support.
