If you’re reading this after a hard moment with your child, still replaying what you said and wondering if you got it all wrong, I want you to know you’re not failing, and you’re not alone. That moment doesn’t define you as a parent, and the fact that you care this much tells me you’re already the kind of parent your child needs.

As a Christian, neurodivergent parent, BCBA, and ACT-based parent coach, I help overwhelmed, reactive, and stuck parents understand what’s really going on and find their way back to connection without shame. Through 1:1 virtual coaching and an online parent community, we’ll work with your values, your family, and your real life, not some picture of perfect. You don’t need to become a perfect parent; you deserve support becoming the parent you want to be.
