The AI Whisperer Academy helps CME and CPD teams use generative AI responsibly in their content and workflows. The practice grew out of founder Nuria Negrao's own shift from biomedical research into medical writing, where she saw teams eager to use AI but unsure how to do it accurately, ethically, and in compliance with healthcare standards.

The Academy was built to answer those questions directly, offering tiered AI training for teams that ranges from an introduction to generative AI fundamentals to full strategic-readiness programs for organizations building internal AI policy. Its approach centers on giving teams the context, verification skills, and authority to use AI well rather than simply adopting new tools.
