The AI Whisperer Academy is an online AI academy for CME and CPD teams and medical education organizations who want to use generative AI without guessing at accuracy, privacy, or compliance. It was created by Nuria Negrao, a scientist and medical writer who works closely with medical education teams on how AI actually fits into their content and review process.
Training is organized into tiers, from a focused Introduction to AI session covering generative AI fundamentals, AI policy, and prompt engineering, up through AI Team Jumpstart and AI Strategic Readiness programs for teams ready to build internal AI workflows and policy. Custom training is also available for organizations with specific needs.

A 60-minute session covering generative AI fundamentals, AI policy development, prompt engineering, and content creation use cases for CME/CPD teams.
AI Team Jumpstart Training
A 90-minute applied session plus a debrief call and team Q&A, letting teams pick from 20+ topics or a standardized content, research, or implementation path.
AI Strategic Readiness Training
Multiple sessions totaling 6-7.5 hours covering leadership strategy, workflow assessment, and personalized demonstrations of generative AI use cases.
Custom Training
A tailored training plan built after a consultation, for organizations with AI needs the standard tiers do not cover.
