Alternative Investing Club began in 2018 as a co-investing club for Intel employees and was incorporated in 2024. It has grown to 2,000+ members who learn together, conduct group due diligence and invest side by side in private investments.

The club's mission is to help 10,000 families reach work-optional freedom so they can live and give abundantly. It follows the Sleep Well Investment Strategy, which favors deals with controlled downside, and is led by partners Daniel Holmlund and Micy Liu.
