Alternative Investing Club is a co-investing community started in 2018 and now 2,000+ members strong. The Builder tier is for people ready to invest alongside others: reviewing deals together, running group due diligence on the sponsor, capital, market, assets and legal terms, and keeping the conversation going as each deal develops.
The club follows what it calls the Sleep Well Investment Strategy, which favors deals where the downside is controlled, the "singles and doubles."
