Annie Bastida Quade is an advancement talent strategist and nonprofit higher education consultant who co-founded the Advancement Talent Co. to serve the people who manage talent in fundraising and advancement organizations. She previously served as Senior Director of Advancement Talent at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), where she developed deep expertise in building high-performing advancement teams. She holds the title DHSc and has been recognized as a thought leader in the advancement community, contributing editorial pieces to sector publications.
