The Advancement Talent Consortium is the first-ever professional network focused exclusively on advancement talent strategy in the nonprofit and higher education sectors. Co-founded by Annie Bastida Quade, the community serves the people who manage talent behind the scenes, HR leaders, talent professionals, and advancement managers who build and sustain high-performing teams. Members gain access to peer support, expert content on talent management, leadership effectiveness, and career pathways in advancement. ATC was built to fill a long-standing gap in the sector: a dedicated space where advancement talent professionals could find community, tools, and resources tailored to their unique work. The platform offers a combination of community discussions, expert content, and structured programming to help members lead with purpose and strengthen their organizations from within.
