Aurélie Hankar is a Brussels-based entrepreneur who founded Nomad Community, a coworking cafe built around connection and collaboration. In early 2025 she took over leadership of Hors Norme, a women entrepreneurs network she had already been closely involved with as a member.

She brings a hands-on understanding of what founders need to grow: a home base, a support system, and access to peers who understand the realities of running a business. Under her leadership, Hors Norme continues to bring together women entrepreneurs across Brussels and Wallonia through events, workshops, and a close-knit digital community.
