This French-language network connects women entrepreneurs across Brussels and Wallonia who are looking for community, mutual support, and opportunities to grow their businesses together. Founded in 2021 and now led by Aurelie Hankar, Hors Norme was built around the idea that entrepreneurship does not have to be a solitary path.

Members join a network of active business owners who already hold a VAT number or are affiliated with a support organization, since Hors Norme is built for people who have already launched their business rather than those still in the idea stage. Through talks, workshops, breakfast meetings, and a digital members-only space, the community gives women entrepreneurs a place to exchange advice, find collaborators, and build lasting professional relationships.
