Betty Aquino is the founder and president of BAR Consulting Group, where she has spent her career helping law firms access capital and build growth strategies. That work put her in rooms with women judges, attorneys, and business leaders across the country, and she noticed a gap: few spaces let women in high-stakes fields speak candidly about the real work of leading.

In 2017 she launched Women in Leadership to close that gap. The program brings together women from law, medicine, engineering, and finance for conferences built around visionary speakers, workshops, and unfiltered panel conversations. Betty favors direct, real experience over polished corporate presentations, and that focus has grown WILBYBETTY into a recurring gathering point for women leaders nationwide.
