In-person conference connecting women judges, attorneys, doctors, and engineers
+2 more
Women in Leadership by Betty brings together women judges, attorneys, doctors, engineers, and other professionals who want more than another networking mixer. Betty Aquino built the program after years of helping law firms access capital and grow, and noticed how few spaces gave women in high-stakes fields room to speak candidly about their careers.
Each gathering centers on visionary speakers, interactive workshops, and panel discussions that focus on real experience rather than polished corporate talk. Members connect with peers across legal, medical, engineering, and finance sectors, exchange ideas in a safe setting, and leave with a stronger network and practical ideas for their own leadership path.
