Coliving Collective is a Western Australia-based coalition advocating for accessible, affordable, and secure coliving housing. The group brings together four partner organizations — HMO Property Co, Living Rooms, Reside, and Cobuilt — each working on a different part of the coliving puzzle, from property investment to specialist disability accommodation.

Its mission is ambitious: 10,000 coliving rooms across Western Australia within a decade. Coliving Cashflow Academy is the collective's effort to bring investors, developers, and advocates together to share knowledge and build partnerships that move that goal forward.
