Coliving Cashflow Academy connects people working to make coliving housing more accessible across Western Australia. The group brings together property investors, developers, and advocates who want secure, affordable shared housing options to spread through the state.
Members get to work alongside four partner organizations, each focused on a different piece of the coliving puzzle, from investment and design to NDIS-compliant accommodation. The shared goal is ambitious: 10,000 coliving rooms across Western Australia within a decade. Whether someone is scouting a first HMO investment or looking to partner on a new development, this network gives them a place to build those connections and move projects forward.
