Kenya Crawford, LMHC, M.A., Ed.M, is a licensed psychotherapist, facilitator, and racial equity consultant based in Philadelphia. She built Cultivating Healers out of her own experience as a Black queer woman therapist moving through burnout, wanting a space where she did not have to explain her existence or shrink parts of herself to belong.

A graduate of Columbia University, Kenya has since trained more than 2,000 mental health professionals worldwide and been recognized as a Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women Black in Business Graduate and a Hinge Mental Health Advocate of Tomorrow. Her work has been featured in Huffington Post, Essence, and Mindbody Green.
