Cultivating Healers is a membership community for therapists of color, including those who identify as queer, trans, or non-binary, built by licensed therapist Kenya Crawford as the soft landing she wished she had while burning out as a Black queer woman in the field. Members get discounted and free continuing education units, masterclasses on practice sustainability, book clubs, networking, and exclusive job postings, plus one free training for the whole community every quarter and 25% off everything else. Licensed and pre-licensed clinicians, students, and early-career practitioners are all welcome. Inside, members find live and on-demand CEU trainings, wellness sessions, a peer buddy system, professional referrals, virtual and in-person meetups, and early access to retreats. The goal is to help healers move from isolation and burnout to feeling nourished, resourced, and supported in building anti-racist, sustainable practices.
